Four new projects and two significant updates this week. Did you know I spend my days off working on these updates? I know, I seriously need help. It's a good thing my wife loves me anyway or you might as well start calling me Andy Stitzer. Here's the update...

Mango Really is Sweet! - Open-Source ColdFusion Blog Software
Posted on Nov 09, 2007
As my readers know, recently I announced Flex Camp Boston (seats still available - register now! ;). In choosing what I would use to build the event site, I had a few considerations. First, I needed something I could deploy quickly; I didn't have a lot of time to work on a site prior to announcing, so ease of installation was key. Also, I tried not to list every resource, just ones I use with regularity. I would also love to see anyone appending to this list by commenting.

Originally built by Ben Edwards and Hal Helms as Fusebox MX, Mach-II was the first object-oriented ColdFusion framework built around the Model-view-controller architecture (MVC). Currently the framework is maintained by Peter Farrell, Kurt Wiersma and Matt Woodward with commercial support from GreatBizTools, LLC and is available at mach-ii.com.
