Ray Camden Speaking at Boston CFUG
Posted on Jan 25, 2006
Raymond Camden has generously agreed to speak at the first meeting of the newly revived Boston ColdFusion User Group. The meeting will be on Friday February 3rd at 6:30pm (sorry about the short notice, but I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity with Ray in town next week). The location is the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, 600 Atlantic Ave. (4th floor) directly across the street from South Station. To ease security, interested attendees are asked to RSVP to me at brinaldi@remotesynthesis.com . Feel free to send topic suggestions as well.

You might want to set up a group mailing list on topica.com to get a better sense of interests, attendance, and meeting place preferences. The Boston Flash Platform User Group has a moderately active list (although doesn't use topica).

Also, once your officially recognized as an Adobe User group be sure to register the group with publishers like Pearson and PeachPit coz they donate books for giveaways, not to mention TotalTraining.com which has generous UG support.

Steve, Thanks for the info. Actually we are already officially recognized by Adobe (quick right!). Ed sent me the email with all the specifics today and I am busy trying to get us signed up for all the goodies.
