ColdFusion Open-Source Update - April 21, 2009

Four new projects and four updates this week along with a long list of announcements and tutorials. Sorry for the delay posting but I was off being patriotic on Patriots Day. No, this isn't a holiday to celebrate Tom Brady and Bill Bellichick as I would abstain from such a day.

New Releases and Updates

New Project: CF_XQuery
Initial Release
William Greenly released this project to promote the use of an XML based DBMS and run XQuery compliant statements against the datasource. This project comes with a transactional XMLDBMS.

New Project: cfsms
Initial Release
John Blayter wrote this SMS integration library which supports both 1 and 2 way SMS.

Pedro Claudio announces his library for accessing Twitter via ColdFusion.
