ColdFusion Open-Source Update - July 15, 2009

Four new projects and seven updates this week. Sorry for the long delay in posting this, but I have been caught up making presentations for CFUnited (and other user groups) as well as playing with the new toys released Monday (i.e. ColdFusion 9 and ColdFusion Builder). I will also be taking next week off as I will be maxing and relaxing in sunny Rincon, Puerto Rico on my first no kid vacation in some 8 years! So, keep the updates to a minimum to save me the time when I return ok?

New Releases and Updates

New Project: cf_PropertyInspector Bolt Extension
cf_PropertyInspector Bolt Extension Released!
I am still deciding how to deal with Bolt extensions on this list but for the time being I will post ones I see blogged. Kevin Penny released this extension that will add cfproperty tags to any CFCs in a selected project or directory.

New Project: LogBox
LogBox: Enterprise ColdFusion Logging Library Released
Luis Majano announces that the ColdBox logging capabilities have been turned into a standalone library that doesn't require ColdBox.

BouceDetector
BounceDetector 1.1 Released
Brian Ghidinelli updates his tool that analyzes bounces for severity and cause.

CF Twitter Lib
CF Twitter Lib updated for ColdFusion 9
Pedro Claudio posts an update for ColdFusion 9 compatibility.

CFGroovy
CFGroovy 2 "Release"
Barney Boisvert has spun version 2 into its own project because of the inclusion of things like Hibernate integration into CF9. Version 2 simply focuses on allowing you use Groovy scripting within CFML.

CFGroovy 2 Has Moved
CFGrooovy 2 now has its own top level directory as it is no longer part of the original CFGroovy codebase.

Dan Vega updated his Flex-based multi-file uploader to use Flex 4 and fixed a bug.
