PNG Issues Again - a better PNG solution

I always preface these topics by saying I am not a designer...now, previously I posted about a solution for transparent png backgrounds in IE. Also included there was a standard png fix for IE. Well, if you are using some sort of rollover menu DHTML/JavaScript that standard png fix seems to cause issues.I suppose the answer would be to make things less complex (i.e. how about dropping the rollover menu...or get your design guys to stop putting a drop shadow or glow on everything). However, for cases where a common sense approach (sorry I am a little annoyed) won't suffice, I found a better script. This is probably not new to you designers out there, but generally speaking the script by Bob Osola is a lighter and less intrusive solution.
